The Office of State Senator Victor R. Ramirez, Representative of District 47, Prince George’s County, is accepting applications for summer and fall volunteer internships from college students. The position is in Senator Victor Ramirez’s Annapolis office with some events held in Prince George’s County. This is a good opportunity for students interested in politics and event planning.
Senator Victor Ramirez's office would like to have students who are available 8-16 hours a week for the summer and/or the fall. Responsibilities may include:
- Setting up venues
- Staffing events
- Drafting correspondence
- Working on mailings
- Responding to constituent inquiries
- Other duties as needed
