Dr. Tao SUN is a Professor of Public Administration and Policy, the Dean of the Zhou Enlai School of Government, and the Director of the Centre for Public Management Education, at Nankai University. His PhD was in Political Science from Nankai University, but his MBA was earned at the University of Chicago, and his MA in Economics is from University of Iowa. His specialties are urban governance, public service, and local government. He is currently working on a joint project for sustainable, healthy, and learning cities and neighborhoods with Glascow University. Hosted by the Confucius Institute at the UMD. (The talk will be in English.)
