The Office of the Historian offers internships for undergraduate students, and the Office of Art and Archives offers internships for both undergraduate and graduate-level students. The offices are looking for candidates with a background in history, political science, library science, and art history. Our goal is to foster interest in the fields of public and institutional history, archival science, and museum studies; and to provide a behind-the-scenes experience for visiting students.
The intern must be highly motivated, collaborative, and possess excellent research, communication, and computer skills. The ideal candidate will have research experience; an interest in political history, archives, visual materials; and good writing and outreach skills.
