The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Response to Terrorism (START), based here at the University of Maryland, is now accepting applications
The priority application deadline, for best consideration, is on Sunday, March 21st at 11:59pm ET, and the final application deadline is on Sunday, April 4th at 11:59pm ET.
