University of Maryland is proud the Maryland Leadership Conference (MLC) is the longest running leadership conference on a college campus in the country.

Now in its 35th year, you can join your peers for a weekend retreat away from campus and learn more about yourself, working with others, and how to enhance your leadership skills in your everyday life.

Through large group seminars, small group discussions, and plenty of hands-on leadership development, our hope is that you will leave feeling inspired and see yourself as part of our next generation of leaders!

The weekends events include:
A pre-dinner gathering from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on 10/18
Conference check in (at the STAMP) at 9:00AM on 10/19
Transport to National 4 H Conference Center in Chevy Chase, MD
Return to campus on 10/20
