As a graduating senior, you are no doubt trying to decide what you will do next year, or even for the next 5 years. Consider a campus organizer job with U.S.PIRG and consider being a part of solving the problems our country faces.

U.S.PIRG is a federation of state-based public interest advocacy groups, including Maryland PIRG. We have a 40-year track record of organizing and we’re hiring graduating seniors to jump right in and make a critical impact.
I will be on campus on February 11th and 12th to conduct interviews and to attend the SEAGreen Career Fair (Feb. 11, 2014 from11:00am - 3:00pm in the Colony Ballroom, Stamp Student). I encourage you to participate in either opportunity and get in touch with me if you are interested.
You can also submit an application directly through our website.
When I graduated from college I wanted to do something to make the world a better place. They were tons of issues I cared about, but I wasn’t sure where to start. Then I heard about U.S. PIRG. I was excited about advocating for policies to protect consumers from big bank and credit card rip-offs, invest in modern transportation options, and increasing participation in democracy. I’d be working to get real and immediate results by advocating for policy change, but because we’re non-partisan – the work is about the issues, not party politics.
