MPSA 2015 Call for Undergraduate Research Posters

The Undergraduate Research Poster format (Section 69) is a particularly effective way to present quantitative research and is a perfect way to network with colleagues. Poster sessions are scheduled in the exhibit hall where conference attendees can view poster displays throughout the day and interact casually with presenters. We have had more than 200 scholars offer to serve as discussants, so we anticipate great feedback.

Remember: Students do not need to be a member of MPSA member to submit a proposal. A significantly reduced registration rate (just $45) is available for undergraduates attending the conference. MPSA is also offering dozens of roundtables on topics of interest to students considering grad school, including topics such as job placement, teaching and what to expect at your first job.

The 73rd annual MPSA Conference will be held April 16-19, 2015 at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, IL.  The MPSA conference is one of the >largest in the discipline, with almost  6,000 presenters on the program and over 1,000 sessions with presenters from around the United States and fifty other countries.  The Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) was founded in 1939 and is dedicated to the advancement of scholarship in all areas of political science. The association publishes one of the leading journals in the field, the American Journal of Political Science (AJPS).
