Summer 2019 Maryland's Public Service Scholars Programs

Applications for Summer 2019's  Maryland's Public Service Scholars Programs are open!  These PAID internship programs are available to students of ALL majors.  

The programs are:
Governor's Summer Internship Program
Sondheim Nonprofit Leadership Program
MDOT Fellows Program

Programs begin on May 28 and run through August 9 (August 2 for MDOT Fellows).  Students of ALL MAJORS who will be a Junior or Senior in Fall 2019 are eligible to apply. Graduate students are eligible for the nonprofit program.
Students are paid a stipend for their participation in a full-time internship at a state agency or nonprofit organization under the mentorship of a senior-level leader, attend seminars, field trips, and events, and work on group projects aimed at making a positive impact on Maryland.
