Executive Assistant at DC-based Voter Contact

Winning
Connections, an award-winning, Democratic voter contact firm based in DC, seeks
candidates for an executive assistant to the company president, John Jameson.
This position begins immediately.
Winning
Connections uses phone and digital services to persuade and mobilize voters.
Over the past 20 years, Winning Connections has served clients from Senators
Kyrsten Sinema, Jon Tester, and Maggie Hassan, to Planned Parenthood, Everytown
for Gun Safety, and League of Conservation Voters. The executive assistant
responsibilities will include:
- Managing the company president’s travel, daily schedule, and correspondence
- Coordinating events at the company president’s home
- Managing the office by welcoming visitors, ordering supplies, answering the phone, and collecting the mail
- Providing meeting support, including creating participant bios, reserving locations, and confirming arrangements
- Assisting other company principals on an as-needed basis
The
Executive Assistant will play a critical role during our upcoming election
efforts, helping Democrats across the country win important races and advance
progressive policies.
Qualified candidates will be:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to eagerly take on entry level duties and work outside of normal business hours
- Passionate about progressive politics; campaign or hill experience helpful
- A strong writer and editor
- A capable team-player with strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the urgent nature and time demands of campaigns and able to multi-task, balancing multiple projects at a time
- A fan of dogs and have a sense of humor!
The
salary range for this position is $37,000 - $42,000, commensurate with
qualifications and experience, with a benefits package. Please send your
