2023 Contract Graphic Designer

A Maryland Delegate is seeking a graphic designer to create multiple graphics for their campaign. This is

a contract position, and the graphic designer will be paid per project.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to effectively communicate with all co-workers, and external parties and handle

confidential matters

• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task

• Ability to work in a team setting and can work independently when projects are due

• Ability to receive feedback during the creative process and implement new ideas

Responsibilities

• Create a letterhead, logo, email signature, cards, business cards, signs and other campaign

materials

• Identify the most effective way to convey messages across print and electronic media using

color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques

• Edit documents for content, grammar, and style
