The Education Department of the Embassy of France in Washington D.C. seeks an Intern to assist our team with the promotion of our programs.
Qualifications
- For undergraduates – must be a Junior or Senior to be eligible to apply – or graduates.
- Major in French Studies, Communication, International Relations, Educational Affairs, Political Science, or related field of study
- Excellent English writing skills – must be native-level
- French language proficiency B2 or above on the CEFR scale
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills
- IT skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), mastery of major social media platforms, familiarity with Canva and similar sites is a plus
- Interest in educational affairs and French culture
Availability
- 12 hours per week maximum, 4 months (negotiable)
- Starting date: March 15th, 2023
- Internship is based at the Embassy of France in Washington, D.C., 4101 Reservoir Road NW 20007.
