The Young Associates Programme, through the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), is a two-year program for recent undergraduates who wish to gain a first professional experience in the world of multilateral policy-making, research and analysis. It is designed to act as a springboard for them to future postgraduate study.
To be eligible, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with graduation date between January 2022 and September 2023 in the academic field related to the position(s) of interest, hold a nationality of an OECD Member country, have a GPA of 3.0+, have fluency in English or French and a commitment to reach a good working level of the other after joining the OECD.
Applications from candidates who already hold or are enrolled in a Master’s, PhD, or equivalent degree are not considered.
