Join the University Career Center & The President's Promise on a Career Shuttle to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in McLean, VA! This career shuttle is for BSOS students who are interested in gaining a better understanding of the CIA and its mission and contributions to national security. The visit will include an information session led by senior officers from the Directorate of Operations and Analysis, a CIA museum tour, as well as a brief stop to the employee association store to purchase mementos. Space is limited, so sign up today!
In order to participate:
- Sign up HERE to submit the following information: full legal name, date and place of birth and Social Security Number before April 4, 2018.
- You must be a current UMD student.
- You must be a U.S. citizen.
- Participants must be available to leave from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on April 20th. Early departures cannot be accommodated.
The University Career Center’s "no show" policy will be strictly enforced. However due to the required background security check before the event, there is a modification to the normal two day no-show policy. To avoid the cancellation penalty, please contact Kristen Frese, BEFORE April 4, 2018 at UCC-BSOS@umd.edu if you need to cancel, so that someone from the wait list may take your spot.
