Hogan for Governor is the official campaign organization for Governor Larry Hogan. Our office is seeking one or more interns to serve in the finance, social media and field operations departments.

We are seeking interns with an interest in politics and government, political fundraising, communications and campaigning. Duties would include assisting with event planning and fundraisers, political research, monitoring social media and developing content, and assisting with general office operations. This position(s) is open to current sophomores, juniors and seniors although, graduate students and recent graduates may be considered. Although not required, it is preferable that applicants be pursuing a degree in government, political science, communications, or a related field and have experience with communications and social media.

Experience/Skills Desired:

Strong writing and communication skills

Interest in government

Positive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms

Strong communication abilities

Basic knowledge of Maryland Politics

We are looking for full/part-time interns and are willing to work with any prospective intern to ensure any and all requirements are met if seeking a for-credit internship.
