CNA Institute for Public Research Info Session

Come learn about who CNA is, what we do, and how you can make a difference! We run the Navy’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) and the Institute for Public Research (IPR). CNA is seeking Master's or Bachelor's Degree students in the disciplines of engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, international relations, physics, chemistry, national security, public policy, and/or political science.

This event provides a unique opportunity for students and alumni considering law school to meet face to face with law school admissions representatives from across the country. Over 100 law schools typically attend this event. Suggested attire for this event is business casual.

Career Shuttle: Chemonics
Thursday, October 13, 2016 – 1:00pm-5:00pm
Location: University Career Center & The President’s Promise, South Hornbake Library, 3rd Floor

Join the University Career Center & The President's Promise on a Career Shuttle to Chemonics, DC! This trip will be of particular interest to students interested in exploring career paths in global or foreign affairs. Students with foreign language skills are also encouraged to attend. The session will provide an overview of our work, information on the Entry-Level Professional program, working as a consultant, and how one can join our team. Students will also have a chance to ask questions of UMD alumni who are currently employed by Chemonics.
