WINTER BREAK INTERNSHIP AND INTENSIVE ARABIC STUDY IN EGYPT

Program Dates: January 5, 2014 - February 5, 2014 

Societe Internationale is now taking applications for the Winter Internship and Intensive Arabic Immersion Program. 

Societe Internationale’s Internship and Intensive Arabic Program provides interns with the opportunity to gain work experience and learn Arabic in Egypt, the largest and most dynamic country in the Arab world. 

Selected interns will gain on-the-ground, hands-on experience working in an emerging market as it undergoes a historic transition social and economic transition. Interns will develop their skills and build their professional networks in Cairo, the largest city in Africa and the Arab world. 

Interns will also be placed in our Intensive Arabic Immersion Program, recognized by US and European universities, the U.S. State Department, and several scholarship programs, including Fulbright and Boren. The immersion program covers both Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic and is designed to quickly enhance the interns’ cultural fluency in Egypt and the Arab world. 

The application deadline is December 6, 2013.
