This annual 3-day event provides students an opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers to discuss internships and employment opportunities. Each day has different employers so students are encouraged to plan ahead. Attendees should dress professionally and bring multiple copies of resumes. No preregistration is necessary.
Each day will have employers looking to fill both tech and non-tech positions. All employers will be grouped by whether they're hiring for tech, non-tech, or both.

The White House Office of Presidential Correspondence (OPC) Associate Program is open every spring, summer, and fall, and we are currently accepting applications for the Summer 2014 semester.  Please find our Summer 2014 program flyer and FAQ sheet, which can be shared with students and recent graduates. from your institution.  The Summer 2014 program lasts from May 27 – August 8, and the final deadline to apply is January 31, 2014

  • Students must be enrolled in school, or plan to attend school during the Fall 2014 term.
  • Students must be able to commit at least 30 hours per week to their externship.
  • Externships are open to undergraduates, graduates and those pursuing a Law degree.  
  • Summer externships will begin in May/June and conclude in August/September (based on individual school schedules; to be determined once a student is hired).
  • Students selected for interviews will be contacted by e-mail in late February/early March to schedule an interview call.
The deadline to submit applications is Friday, February 14th, 2014.
