US House Oversight & Government Reform Committee Internship Position

CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN
U.S. HOUSE OVERSIGHT & GOVERNMENT REFORM COMMITTEE, MINORITY
The House Oversight & Government Reform Committee, Minority is accepting candidates for an unpaid Summer 2015 Clerk Internship. The intern will be an important part of the administrative team. This internship offers the unique opportunity to experience the inner workings of a congressional committee firsthand.
The House Oversight & Government Reform Committee is the primary investigative body of the U.S. House of Representatives, exercising the largest jurisdiction of any other committee. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clerking televised hearings, managing committee correspondence, and answering phones. Qualified candidates should possess exceptional time-management skills, attention to detail, and be a demonstrated self-starter.
