Fall 2018 Internship Opportunity: Office of Congressman Francis Rooney

Congressman Francis Rooney (FL-19) is looking for students to intern in his office on Capitol Hill for the Fall 2018 semester. The internship runs from August/September - December and is unpaid. Responsibilities include: researching legislation for the Member and legislative staff, attending hearings and briefings, answering phones, providing constituent tours, and answering constituent letters on various issues before the House. Interns can expect to learn about the legislative process and the many other functions of a congressional office.
