Fuego y Leña//Slow Burn: Food Justice, and Sovereignty in the Americas.

This year, LASC conference has the theme "Fuego y Leña//Slow Burn: Food Justice, and Sovereignty in the Americas." As part of the conference, LASC is launching a call for recipes. The selected recipes will feature in a recipe book. At this point, I would like to ask your help us to spread the word about this initiative and encourage students to share their recipe through this form (please find the link here). This is a nice opportunity for the students to connect with their culinary roots and to be part of an academic event.
