National Security Careers in the Private Sector Event

The Center for a New American Security (CNAS) is hosting an in-person Make Room Initiative study session event titled "National Security Careers in the Private Sector." The conversation will focus on the intersection of national security and the private sector, how the private sector helps influence and support U.S. foreign policy and discuss some of the national security-focused jobs in the private sector.

A key part of the CNAS mission is to inform and prepare the national security leaders of today and tomorrow. Subsequently, Make Room is an inclusive professional development network where early career professionals are equipped to pursue their goals and develop their leadership skills. The study series holds interactive study sessions that focus on functional skill development and substantive learning. Study sessions speakers are diverse, early- to senior- career professionals who can readily relate to the Make Room community and provide actionable advice.

Students can RSVP by filling out this Eventbrite link. Seating is limited.

Registered participants are welcome to join us at CNAS’s offices- 1152 15th Street NW, Suite 950, Washington, DC 20005
