This event features Mary Robinson; Chair of The Elders, Former President of Ireland, and Former U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, and Kenneth Roth; Senior Fellow of the HKS Carr Center at Harvard University, Visiting Professor at Princeton University, and Executive Director of the Human Rights Watch from 1993-2022.
The event will include introductory remarks by President Darryll Pines of the University of Maryland, College Park, and Dean Susan Rivera of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, and will be moderated by Shibley Telhami.
