"Are the United States and China on a path to conflict?" 2019 Essay Contest

The John Quincy Adams Society and The National Interest are pleased to announce their 2019 essay contest for 
college students. The winner will be published in The National Interest, will receive $1,000, and will have a seat at the 
Society’s 2019 student leadership conference in Washington, D.C. Several runners up and honorable mentions will 
also be recognized.

Essays are due by the end of the day on Sunday, March 24, 2019, and must be between 900 and 1200 words in 
length.  Full details, rules, and submission instructions are available
