The Helsinki Commission advances American national security and national interests by promoting human rights, military security, and economic cooperation in 57 countries in Europe, Central Asia, and North America.

Interns at the Helsinki Commission join a team of world-class experts at a unique bicameral, bipartisan, inter-branch federal commission. Interns assist staff with planning hearings, briefings, and other events; attend and report on conferences and Congressional hearings; welcome and assist visitors to the commission; and perform other administrative duties.

The Helsinki Commission accepts internship applications on a rolling basis. To apply, please e-mail a cover letter and resume to csce.internship@mail.house.gov.

If you are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to inquire and apply. For more information, visit www.csce.gov.
