April 18 Go Global Tour with Diversity Abroad

 

UMD has been named a stop on the Diversity Abroad Go Global Tour. Diversity Abroad aims to ensure students from diverse backgrounds are informed, have equal access to, and take advantage of the benefits and opportunities through international education opportunities.

This tour is an opportunity for Diversity Abroad to visit campuses across the country to not only highlight the personal and professional benefits of studying abroad, but to also inform students about the resources and scholarships that are available through Diversity Abroad to help students study abroad.

Both Diversity Abroad and Education Abroad will be around campus throughout the day on Tuesday, April 18th for raffles, presentations, and spaces to talk more about these invaluable scholarships, resources, and opportunities (schedule is subject to change):
 
Tabling in the Student Lounge
Stamp Student Union
11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Come chat with us to talk about the afternoon events, get connected to resources, and raffle for a chance to win entry for the Global Inclusion Leadership Certificate!
 
Classroom Presentations
2-3 p.m.
We'll be stopping by a few classrooms to present to students on the resources and opportunities through Diversity Abroad
