John Lewis Young Leaders Fellowship

The Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights seeks John Lewis Young Leaders Fellows, a year-long capstone project for US-based undergraduates at select institutions. Fellows identify a social issue they are passionate about, then propose and implement a possible solution(s). 

Fellows receive a $2,000 stipend, $1,000 in funding for events and activities related to the completion of the project, access to resources from expert community organizers and activists, and a retreat in Summer of 2024, culminating the fellowship in San Juan, PR. 

Only accepting applications from undergraduates in the US at specific institutions. Fellows must be committed to social justice and willing to take action to dismantle systems of oppression and able to commit at a minimum of 10 hours a month to the completion of a capstone project.

 Deadline: Rolling until positions have been filled.
