The OMNI fellowship program is designed for recent undergraduates with a BA or BS degree, some exposure to social science research, and a career interest in social impact. This remote social science research fellowship is a two-year program, beginning on June 3, 2024 and ending on June 27, 2026.
Research Fellows are full-time employees who will receive an annual salary of $50,000 and the full benefits package that they offer to all staff. OMNI strongly encourages students identifying as people of color, LGBTQ+, first-generation college-goers, or low-income backgrounds to apply for this position. This position is fully remote.
The application and hiring period for the Research Fellows program opened in February 2024, and fellows will join the OMNI Institute on June 3, 2024.
