Booz Allen Hamilton: Employer Networking Sessions

Come learn all about the Strategic Communications team at Booz Allen Hamilton. We work with government organizations to support stakeholder understanding and buy-in to inspire stakeholder ownership and action needed to achieve mission objectives by the targeted development and delivery of key messages and the engagement of key stakeholders at the right time, in the right manner, with the right responsiveness. We provide change communications, outreach, communication planning, and program management support. Further, we support the development and execution of change communication strategies and plans with a focus on stakeholder education. Also, we support communication product development, including newsletters, fact sheets, Web sites, and brochures for information campaigns and events as well as plan and execute special events, meetings, and workshops.

Research Intern, Spring 2013 (70163)
Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development - Baltimore, Maryland
POSITION TYPE: Internship (Fall or Spring Part-Time)
An intern's primary role will be to assist staff with data retrieval and compilation from multiple sources; analysis and presentation of findings; developing final documentation and presentation materials; and in-depth research into new data sources and/or policy issues, as needed.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for this opportunity should have:
•              Excellent writing and organizational skills
•              Ability to work independently, balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines
•              Familiarity with research and reporting methods
•              General knowledge and interest in economic development programs and issues
•              Willingness to work in team environment
•              Flexibility and desire to work on varying projects
•              High PC aptitude (MS Word and Excel, MS-Access a plus)
•              Ability to interact professionally with staff and associates
•              Strong organizational skills evidencing attention to detail
