Anthony Brown for Governor seeks Field Organizers in Maryland

Anthony Brown for Governor seeks multiple Field Organizers (FOs).  Field organizers are responsible for implementing and executing the field plan for their geographic region of the state. Any FO must be able to work and communicate with diverse communities.  A strong passion of progressive politics is required and the ability to relocate and work long hours, including nights and weekends.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The Field Organizer is responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of volunteers that will perform the voter contact necessary to win.Field Organizers are responsible for all data entry for their area; recording and reporting results, etc. 
Candidates will preferably have at least one cycle of election field organizing experience; Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously; 
Must the ability to manage and interact with a team of volunteers for their discrete geographic area.
Responsible for training volunteers and coaching them to do their work effectively and holding them accountable to reporting their results. A good sense of humor and a strong interest in and commitment to politics are musts. Be willing to support other campaign operations as necessary.
