Chemonics International Information Session (Site Visit)

Chemonics International has over 35 years in the international development field. We pride ourselves on being an industry leader and employer of choice for individuals interested in international development work. Chemonics will be offering an Information Session on site for UMD students who have an interest in the field of International Development. The session will provide an overview of our work, information on the Entry-Level Professional program, working as a consultant, and how one can join our team. Students will also have a chance to ask questions of UMD alumni who are currently employed by Chemonics.

Career Shuttle: Wolf Trap Student Field Trip

The University Career Center & The President's Promise sponsors opportunities for students to visit employer sites from various industries. Seats on the shuttle are limited-- RSVP today!
 
ORGANIZATION INFORMATION: The Wolf Trap Internship Program has been rated "One of the best internships" by Businessweek and "One of America's Top 100 internships" by the Princeton Review. The program is designed to provide meaningful hands-on training and experience in the areas of arts administration, education, and technical theatre. Internships vary by season, but are frequently offered in the following areas: Communications and Marketing, Education, Development, Special Events and Donor Relations. Fall, spring, and summer opportunities are available (the deadline for the spring is November 1 and the deadline for the summer is March 1). This field trip is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all majors.

ORGANIZATION INFORMATION: The National Security Agency (NSA) is home to America's codemakers and codebreakers. The National Security Agency has provided timely information to U.S. decision makers and military leaders for more than half a century.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A SEAT: Individuals should be freshmen, sophomore or junior standing within CMNS and ENGR. Individuals must also be US citizens.
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE: Minimum attire for ALL trips is business casual unless otherwise specified.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Seats are limited. Note that once you RSVP below, you will be sent a second email (aside from the original confirmation email) if selected.
