Meet Individual with Recruiter during the Employer-in-Residence Program
Thursday, October 04, 2012 • 1 – 4 p.m.
Location: University Career Center & The President's Promise (3100 Hornbake Library)
Do you have questions about how to get started in the International Development field? A Chemonics Recruiter will be on hand to serve as "career advisors" to students seeking help. Employers participate in our daily rotation by providing career advice to students, in a 1-on-1 setting, on issues ranging from resume assistance to answering the question "how do I get a job like yours?” Come learn about ways you can improve your skills and get feedback from industry professionals about what they look for in a candidate. Online registration in advance is the best way to be sure you are seen at your preferred time (you can choose a 30 minute slot based on availability). However, we will take same-day walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis to fill any empty slots. There is no guarantee that you will be able to walk in and be seen at that time.
*For registration instructions, please visit www.careercenter.umd.edu/page.cfm?page_id=179.
