Fall Career & Internship Fair
Tuesday, September 24 - Thursday, September 26

12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.Comcast Center
300+ employers will be in attendance throughout the three days to meet with Terps and discuss Internships and full-time opportunities! Currently, 170+ employers stated they are seeking interns!

Event Details:
Day 1 of 3: This annual 3-day event provides students an opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers to discuss internship as well as full-time and part-time employment opportunities. Each day has different employers so students are encouraged to plan ahead. Attendees should dress professionally and bring multiple copies of resumes. No preregistration is necessary.
WHICH DAYS TO ATTEND:
Each day will have employers looking to fill both tech and non-tech positions. All employers will be grouped by whether they're hiring for tech, non-tech, or both.
WHO CAN ATTEND:
  • Current students and spouses*;
  • Alumni and spouses*;
  • Faculty/Staff and spouses*; and
  • UMD students studying at other campuses but participating in UMCP programs
*Spouses should pre-register for the fair HERE. Current Students, Alumni, and Faculty/Staff do not need to pre-register.
No other individuals (including students at other UMD system schools) will be admitted to this event.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE FAIR:
Shuttle buses are provided to Comcast Center for 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Buses will run on continuous loops - each stop will be served every 15 minutes (the union stop may be served more frequently).
The three routes are
  • Bus A - Comcast, Denton Hall, Courtyards (at the bus stop near building #500), Comcast
  • Bus B - Comcast, Montgomery Hall, Mowatt Garage/Commons (D-shaped driveway at Shuttle-UM stop near garage entrance), Comcast
  • Bus C - Comcast, Stamp, Comcast
