Researcher, Government Relations Content-Vocus Inc.

Hours: Part-time, flexible, approximately 15-24 hours per week. 

Job Description: Employee assists in maintaining large government relations database comprised of Congressional staff and state-level legislature membership. Typical duties include using the internet to research state and federal legislators, contacting legislative offices to update information on staff, and other similar duties as assigned. Position is ideal for an individual looking to broaden their understanding of elections, politics, and congressional procedures and organization.

Qualifications: A strong interest in government, legislatures, and politics. Must be experienced in internet research, have excellent phone etiquette, and have a general understanding of governmental structure, particularly legislatures and committee systems.
