Please join the GVPT Women's Group for their first professional
development panel. The panel "Women in the Academic Workplace"
will be held tomorrow, October 7th, at 10 am in the Chincoteague conference
room (Chincoteague 2113). Our speakers will be Professor Jennifer Wessel
from the Psychology Department, Professor KerryAnn O'Meara of the College of
Education and ADVANCE program, and GVPT's own Professor Virginia Haufler.
While this panel will focus primarily on women in academia,
everyone is invited to attend. We hope that both men and women (students and
faculty) will find the discussion useful. Coffee, bagels, and muffins
will be served.
