Technica Hackaton November 5th-6th

Technica is next weekend, from November 5th-6th! Technica is an all women's hackathon open to everyone who identify as female or non-binary. Don't know how to code? It's okay! Technica is beginner friendly and requires absolutely no previous knowledge in anything computer science related. We have set up a series of workshops to help you learn about web development, design, hardware, product development, data science, virtual reality, and more! There will be mentors ready to help you with any question you may have whether it be project related or career/resume related. Free food, snacks, and swag will be provided throughout the event! Tech+X Week 2016.

Leading up to Technica we have planned a series of tech talks designed to show you how you technology can be applied to any field/major. If you're interested in the intersection of Tech and Design, Business, Biology, and Policy Making, then come out to the events! Following each talk we will have free food and a workshop designed to teach you web development basics (for example on Tuesday, you'll be able to make and host your own resume website). The tech talks are open to all genders, however Technica is restricted to female hackers.

Here are the Facebook links each tech talk event!
