Fall 2017 Internship with U.S. Senator Chris Coons

The Office of Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) seeks unpaid interns for his office in Washington, D.C. for the Fall 2017 Semester (September-December). Internship positions are full or part time, but interns must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week in the office. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting mail, and assisting front office staff as well as legislative staff. This position requires outstanding organizational abilities, strong communication skills, attention to detail, poise, flexibility, and an ability to prioritize in an extremely fast-paced office.
