The Rushern Baker for Governor campaign is seeking finance interns for the 2018 cycle. Rushern is currently serving as the Prince George's County Executive. This will be a great opportunity for people looking to gain experience on a campaign and learn about political fundraising.Responsibilities for finance interns include:
- Assist with fundraising events
- Staff fundraisers and political functions
- Assist with donor research
- Make donor bios
- Update donor information
- Data input
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong written and communication skills
- Interest in Democratic politics
- Political Science majors preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and NGP a plus
