Student Position Announcement with the Anwar Sadat Chair for Peace and Development
For the Winter (possible Summer term)
POSITION TITLE: Student Assistant
DUTIES/JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the Student Assistant will aid the Sadat Chair in statistical analysis for his polling research. The Student Assistant will also be responsible in providing support to the Program Coordinator as needed.
HOURS: The hours are flexible, with a maximum of 10 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS: The student must have in-depth knowledge of statistics having taken relevant coursework and receiving a grade of B or better. Excellent writing and communication skills, knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel and MS Word. A strong interest in international politics is preferred but not a requirement.
COMPENSATION: An hourly wage will be paid.
